Zijin Mining Group Co. (601899 CH): The metal miner said it agreed to sell the assets, including the mining rights, at its Yinyan tin mine in the southern province of Guangdong to pay charges over the collapse of a dam at the site in September. The stock declined 3.5 percent to 7.81 yuan
