Westgold and Metals X Merge

Mineweb reported Metals X Ltd (ASX:MLX) and Westgold Resources Ltd (ASX:WGR) have agreed to merge.

As quoted in the market news:

The proposed marriage will see a mid-tier operator develop from two companies that have had a strong alignment that includes director Peter Cook who helped the evolution of both companies.
