US Moly Producers Cautious About Long-term Prospects

Metal Bulletin reported that although spot molybdenum prices in the United States have improved this quarter, American moly producers are still “cautious in their assessment of long-term contracts and consumer demand.”

As quoted in the market news:

The spot price range for ferromolybdenum has widened to $11 to $11.25 per pound from $11 to $11.20 previously, while molybdic oxide prices are unchanged at $9.60 to $9.90 per pound.
