Royal Sapphire closed its initial public offering of 5.7 million units at $0.15 per unit, raising gross proceeds of approximately $862,000. Each unit contained one common share and an additional one-half of a common share warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at a price of $0.20 until November 9th, 2013. Macquarie Private Wealth acted as agent for the IPO.
