Redhawk Resources Amends Private Placement Financing

Redhawk Resources, Inc. (TSXV:RDK) reports that its previously announced private placement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. have agreed to amend the terms of the offering.
