One Japanese trader said one Chinese trader has reduced offer to $13.95/lb CIF Japan and a Korean trader said he was offering $13.90/lb CIF Busan, but buyers were yet uninterested. Two Korean traders said their bids were $13.60-13.80/lb CIF Busan.
