Mercator and Creston Announce Friendly Business Combination

Mercator Minerals Ltd. (TSX:ML) and Creston Moly Corp. (TSXV:CMS) announced that Creston will be acquired by Mercator to create one copper-moly company.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Under the plan of arrangement, shareholders of Creston will receive 0.15 of a common share of Mercator and $0.08 in cash, in respect of each common share of Creston.
