Inca Pacific Board Agrees to Friendly Takeover Offer from Minera Milpo

Winnepeg Free Press reported that Inca Pacific Resources (TSXV:IPR) will be acquired be Mineral Milpo (PINK:MNFNF) in a friendly takeover.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Inca Pacific is a mineral exploration company with a focus on copper and molybdenum in Peru. Milpo is a Peruvian mining company listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. It operates four mines in Peru and one in neighbouring Chile.
