Geodex, Northcliff create Sisson Brook JV

Canadianminingjournal.com reports that the Geodex Minerals (TSXV:GXM) and Northcliff Exploration to work at Geodex’s Sisson Brook tungsten-molybdenum advanced exploration project.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

Prior to the deal, Northcliff earned a 70% interest in the project, and will retain that interest in the joint venture.
