Molybdenum InvestingCreston Moly Corp. (CVE:CMS) announced that its shareholders voted to approve the company’s combination with Mercator Minerals (TSE:ML).
Creston Moly Corp. (TSXV:CMS) announced that its shareholders voted to approve the company’s combination with Mercator Minerals (TSX:ML).
The press release is quoted as saying:
Subject to obtaining the approval of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the satisfaction of certain other closing conditions, the Arrangement is expected to close on or around June 22, 2011.
