Avanti Mining Inc. (TSXV:AVT) reports that it has received assays from the next 10 holes of its 2011 drill program at the Kitsault Mine molybdenum project, BC, Canada.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Four of these holes were drilled into the northwest portion of the Kitsault mine project where previous drilling had not completely defined the extent and quality of mineralization and six are from the Roundy Creek prospect located approximately 4 km west of the Kitsault mine.

Avanti’s President & CEO, Craig J. Nelsen says:

“Drilling at the Kitsault Mine molybdenum project and Roundy Creek prospect continues to highlight the robust nature of mineralization on our property.” “While many of the drill holes have bottomed in mineralization, at Kitsault this is because we are at the bottom of the resourse shell and at Roundy Creek, we are trying to confirm the high grade within 100 meters of the surface. The Roundy Creek geologic model is being developed at this point in time and most of the drilling reported here is in the eastern part of the Sunshine Creek project where very little previous work has been completed.”
