US Tribe Renews Bid to Tap Huge Coal Cache

CNBC News reported that a US tribe has renewed its efforts to build a coal-to-liquid plant in Montana.

Instead of a 50,000-barrel-a-day plant, the intent now is to build the Many Stars coal-to-liquids plant in stages, with a new, undetermined partner taking over Australian-American’s role as lead developer.
