Strike Looming at Rio’s Blair Athol Mine

Marketwatch reported that a strike is looming at Rio Tinto’s Blair Athol coal mine as workers protest against wages and severance pay.

As quoted in the market report:

The strike by about 30 members of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union will begin with the day shift Tuesday.
