As quoted in the market news:

[State-owned exporter Weglokoks] said it expects to export a maximum 4.5 million mt of hard coal this year, down from 8.7 million mt in 2010. Steam coal will account for about 3.8 million mt of this year’s exports and coking coal the remainder.
