Prophecy Coal (TSX:PCY,OTCQX:PRPCF,FWB:1P2) has filed its NI 43-101 “Technical Report, Coal Resources and Preliminary Economic Assessment, Coal Mine Component, Chandgana Tal Coal Project” for its Chandgana Tal coal mining licenses in central Mongolia.
