MicroCoal Technologies Inc. (CNSX:MTI) announced an amendment in regards to its February 4th news release. The expiry date of 6,395,766 outstanding share purchase warrants will be extended from February 13, 2014 to November 13, 2014. 297,909 warrants reported as agent’s warrants are finder’s warrants, with a term that will also be extended from February 13, 2014 to November 13, 2014.

The expiry date of 6,395,766 outstanding share purchase warrants will be extended from February 13, 2014 to November 13, 2014. The 297,909 warrants reported as agent’s warrants are in fact finder’s warrants and the term of these will also be extended from February 13, 2014 to November 13, 2014. All other terms of the news release remain unchanged.
