Lara Exploration Acquires Interest in Carbhid

Lara Exploration Ltd . (TSXV:LRA) announced that they are acquiring a 13.3% interest in Colombian coal producer Carbhid S.A.S.

As quoted in the press release:

Carbhid holds an operating contract on the 90.58 hectare Escalones Concession in the Boyacá district, where it is developing underground coal mining operations.
