As quoted in the market report:

However, the company said the labour unrest that started during mid-October over wage negotiations, which had resulted in the company suspending all operations at the Magdalena and Aviemore mines as well as the coal processing plants early this month after intensified labour unrest resulted in a fatality, had caused a 55% decline in coal production during the period.
