Contamination fear fails to stop project

The Australian.com reports that the biggest coal- seam gas project in Queensland has been approved by the Bligh government, even though there was suspicion of contamination in wells in production fields.

The story is quoted as saying:

Arrow Energy reported that it had found traces of benzene in well water associated with its coal-seam gas operation at Moranbah, west of Mackay.
