China’s XinRen Aluminum Holdings reported that it plans to raise as much as S$205 million ($157 million) by selling 24 percent of its enlarged share capital in a Singapore initial public offering.

The press release is quoted as saying:

It has set an indicative price of between S$0.54 to S$0.78 a share and is offering 263 million shares to investors.
