Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT,OTCQX:EORBF) filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada. This prospectus is in connection with a “best efforts” marketed offering of class A shares and warrants of Orbite (the Offering). Euro Pacific Canada Inc. is set to lead the Offering together with National Bank Financial Inc.
