Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSXV:HBK) announced that William (Bill) Loucks has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Loucks, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph in 1978. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981, and joined Collins Barrow CK, LLP in 1989. He is currently the Managing Partner of the Chatham–Kent practice. In addition to providing audit, accounting and tax services, Bill is responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services. The Chatham–Kent Chamber of Commerce awarded Bill the 2007 Business Professional of the Year award. Bill services a large variety of clients in the agricultural sector including many European clients, as well as other sectors of the economy. Bill’s focus is on providing owner managers with general business advice and estate planning.
