Greenlight Resources Inc. Announces Private Placement

Greenlight Resources Inc. (TSXV.GR), announced that it has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.125 per unit in the capital stock for total gross proceeds of up to $250,000.

As quoted in the press release:

“Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of 12 months from the closing date of the private placement.”
