Greenlight Expands Drill Targets With Discovery of New Boulder Trains Containing Several Rare Metals – 1.24% Lithium, 0.9% Tantalum, 1.27% Niobium, 1.8% Caesium and 6.4% Beryllium
Greenlight Resources Inc.(CVE:GR) announced an update to its Brazil Lake lithium project.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Field crews on the 8,520 acre Brazil Lake Lithium and rare metals project have focussed on prospecting and mapping previously unexplored areas to assess their potential for hosting other undiscovered spodumene-bearing pegmatite dikes. This work has resulted in the discovery of large pegmatite boulders in excess of one tonne bearing spodumene, tantalite, caesium, niobium, beryllium and other rare metals. These rare element-bearing pegmatite boulders are indicative of new unexplored pegmatites on the Brazil Lake property. The northernmost pegmatite boulder zone was found in the northwest portion of the Brazil Lake property at Lake Jesse and one boulder (sample 29105) returned assays of 0.34% Li2O (Lithium oxide) with 6.40% BeO (Beryllium oxide) and 1.8% Cs2O (Caesium oxide).
