Yellow Diamond Is Expected To Sell For $8 Million

Business Insider reports Christie’s is auctioning off a rare, fancy yellow diamond expected to fetch between $6 million and $8 million.

The market news is quoted as saying,

The pear-shaped stone, called the Vivid Yellow, weighs in at 32.77 carats and is such an intense hue that the Gemological Institute of America ranked it among the rarest of gemstones in its class, Christie’s said.
