The story is quoted as saying:
Diamonds from Marange and Chiadzwa are currently under international embargo until the Kimberley Process is satisfied that Zimbabwe has complied with all KP demands. Zimbabwe’s Minister of Mines, Obert Mpofu, has recently made several public declarations arguing that Zimbabwe has complied with the KP and demanding that the country be allowed to export its diamonds immediately and without preconditions.
