Spain: $16,500 Diamond Found in Thief’s Stomach

Forbes reported Spanish authorities say an X-ray revealed a diamond worth $16,500 in a thief’s stomach.

The market news is quoted as saying,

A British tourist reported that a purse with the diamond in it was stolen by two well-dressed men who entered a restaurant in the beach resort of Marbella.
