Petra Diamonds Ltd. (LSE:PDL) announced that it has recovered a 232.08-carat white diamond from its Cullinan mine in South Africa.
According to Reuters, it could be sold for between $10 and $16 million.
As quoted in the press release:
The stone is a D colour Type II diamond of exceptional size and clarity, and is a magnificent example of the large, high quality diamonds for which the mine is known.
