Leibish & Co. Debuts 3.37-carat Purple Orchid Diamond at Hong Kong Show

On Tuesday, Diamond Investing News had the opportunity to check in with Yaniv Marcus, investment strategist at Leibish & Co., a supplier of natural fancy colored diamonds of all colors and sizes. He’s currently attending the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair and took a moment to explain what the company is up to there.

For Leibish & Co., one of the highlights of the show is that it’s presenting the Purple Orchid, a 3.37-carat, fancy intense pinkish purple VS2 diamond, to the public for the first time. “This particular purple … is only one of three of this type. Another one is the 7.34-carat Royal Purple Heart, which is a fancy vivid purple. The other is the Supreme Purple Heart,” Marcus said.
