Goldman Small Cap Research Gives Brazil Minerals “Speculative Buy” Rating
Goldman Small Cap Research released a company update on Brazil Minerals (OTCQB:BMIX) on Monday, giving the company a “speculative buy” rating on the back of its ability to sell sand and other by-products. Goldman has given the company a target share price of $0.30.
According to the report:
After an application process and detailed review, BMIX received approval from the environmental regulator in Minas Gerais to sell sand, a by-product of processing for diamonds and gold at the MDB mine. MDB has a large amount of high quality sand, an essential component of cement which is sought after by the local construction industry. Its period sale could boost profit margins by several basis points.
