Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI) has closed its previously announced private placement financing on a brokered and non-brokered basis of up to 3,000,000 units at a price of CDN$1.00 per Unit, and an oversubscription of 133,600 Units resulting in the issue of an aggregate 3,133,600 Units for total gross subscription proceeds of CDN$3,133,600.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit consists of one common share (a “Share”) of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Share at an exercise price of CDN$1.25 until December 30, 2017. The Shares and Warrants are subject to a hold period ending on May 1, 2015.
