BHP Talks Diamond Mine Sell With Harry Winston

Fox Business reported BHP Billiton Ltd. (TSX:BHP,NYSE:BHP) is in talks with Harry Winston Diamonds (TSX:HW) about the possible sale of its diamond mines.

As quoted in the market news:

The FT, citing people familiar with the matter, said Harry Winston has secured funding for a possible deal, and is talking with BHP about buying the Ekati mine in Canada, the lone diamond mine in BHP’s portfolio.
