Zadar Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:ZAD) has completed the purchase of the Stony Road uranium project on the eastern arm of the Cable Bay Shear Zone in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. A definitive Purchase and Sales agreement has been executed with Canterra Minerals Corporation, Triex Minerals Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canterra, and Magnum Uranium Corp.
As quoted in the press release:
Under the terms of the agreement the Company will issue 40,000 common shares (25,000 to Canterra and 15,000 to Magnum Uranium Corp). Canterra will also retain a 2% NSR on the project with a buyback of 1% for $1 million.
