As quoted in the Platts report:

Now that these contracts are largely over, DOE is continuing to refuse to reimburse these costs with any valid basis,” the lawsuit argues. “The time has come for DOE to pay its bills for work performed by USEC and to stop managing DOE’s funding issues at USEC’s expense.
