Uranerz Reports Results of AGM; Project Update; Russell Indexes

Uranerz Energy reports its shareholders approved all of the proposals that were put before them at the AGM held on June 9, 2010 in Casper, Wyoming, U.S.A.

The items of business at the Meeting included the election of the directors, the approval of the Company’s Shareholder Rights Plan; and to ratify the appointment of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
