As quoted in the market news:

The UN Commission on International Trade Law ruled on matters of jurisdiction and has dismissed all of Mongoliaā€™s objections to the continuation of the suit.

Khan alleged that the government of Mongolia in concert with a Russian partner during 2009 took actions that amounted to the illegal expropriation of the companyā€™s mining and exploration permits.
