The Supreme Court of British Columbia has dismissed Alpha Exploration Inc.’s application for a summary trial against NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSXV:NXE), as well as its application for an injunction restraining NexGen from employing Garrett Ainsworth for a six month period commencing June 2, 2014.
As quoted in the press release:
After hearing and considering submissions from both parties through their respective counsel on August 19 and September 19, the Supreme Court of British Columbia dismissed Alpha’s application in its entirety, with costs payable to the Defendants.
The Court also declined Alpha’s application for an order that if a full trial is required, that it proceed on an expedited basis.
