As quoted in the market news:

Only one Japanese reactor — Hokkaido Electric’s Tomari-3 — is operating, according to the World Nuclear Association. Although they have deferred some uranium deliveries, Japanese utilities have not given any indications that they are planning to sell uranium they hold in inventory, analysts said. Still, uncertainty over the future of the Japanese nuclear program has exerted downward pressure on the spot market, the analysts said.
