Rosatom and Kazatomprom are poised to form a joint venture to sell uranium, according to a memorandum on integration and cooperation in the peaceful use of atomic energy signed by the Russian atomic energy state corporation’s chief Sergei Kiriyenko and President of the Kazakh national nuclear company Vladimir Shkolnik during Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s visit to Kazakhstan.
