Peninsula Energy Limited (ASX:PEN) has been granted the final Supplement Environmental Impact Statement for the Lance Central Processing Plant and Ross Permit Area in Wyoming by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

Peninsula Energy Limited (ASX:PEN) has been granted the final Supplement Environmental Impact Statement for the Lance Central Processing Plant and Ross Permit Area in Wyoming by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The company is now awaiting on the Source and Byproduct Material License, which it expects by the end of the month. Once the final licenses are in place, Peninsula will be able to complete full construction of the project and move into uranium production.

According to the company’s press release:

With the SEIS now issued, Peninsula expects the Source and Byproduct Material License (SML) to be granted on the 31 March 2014. This would conclude the licensing process for the Lance Projects and Peninsula will be in a position to complete full construction and commence production at the Lance Projects.
