NexGen Energy Ltd. (TSXV:NXE) announced that the option agreement extension for the Radio project, entered into with Michael Lederhouse, Timothy A. Young and Matthew A. Mason, has been closed. Under the Agreement, the time period for incurring such expenditures has been extended to May 31, 2017.
As quoted in the press release:
Pursuant to the amendment, the amount of remaining earn-in expenditures to be incurred under the Option Agreement will be $10,000,000 and the time period for incurring such expenditures has been extended to May 31, 2017. Previously, all expenditures were required by May 31, 2015.
