Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSXV:URA) reports it has resolved it will change its name to Anglo Canadian Mining Corp., on approval of the TSX venture exchange.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company shall make an application to extend the terms of Warrants issued on June 22, 2010 for a period of an additional year. On June 22, 2010 the Company issued 1,375,000 warrants exercisable up to June 22, 2011 at a price of $0.20 per share. Upon TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Warrants shall expire on June 22. 2012.
