Macusani Yellowcake Announces Grant of Options/Resignation of Director

Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (TSXV:YEL) reports that it has granted stock options and the resignation Nick Tintor from the board of directors.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each option is exercisable for a three year period to acquire one common share at a price of $0.60 per share. The options granted vest as to one-quarter immediately and a further one-quarter on each of the 6, 12 and 18 month anniversaries of the date of grant.Macusani also announced of the resignation Nick Tintor from the board of directors. Macusani wishes to thank Mr. Tintor for his contributions to the company during his tenure on the board.
