Liberty Star Pays Rent On Uranium Projects

Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (OTCQB:LBSR) announced it has paid its rental fees for 2012-13 for its projects in Arizona.

As quoted in the press release:

The North Pipes Super Project on the Arizona Strip (Mohave County, Arizona) consists of 356 federal lode mining claims in numerous target zones or “breccia pipes” believed to host uranium and other metals. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the breccia pipes in this region are of high grade compared to sediment hosted roll front deposits mined throughout the western United States, with an estimated potential average grade for ore bearing pipes at about 0.7% to 0.8% uranium, which makes them the second highest average grade uranium deposits in the world. Several primary targets have been identified and are drill ready.
