Fission Energy Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing

Fission Energy Corp. (TSXV:FIS) reports a non-brokered private placement financing of up to C$5 Million in units at a price of C$.80 per unit.

The press release is quoted as saying: 

Each Unit will consist of one common share plus one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole purchase warrant exercisable to purchase a common share at a price of C$1.00 for a period of 24 months from closing.
