As quoted in the press release:
The Gold One Letter Agreement is subject to a number of conditions precedent including entering into a definitive transaction agreement (the “Transaction Agreement”) on or before March 16, 2012 which date was extended to March 23, 2012. FIU and Gold One have agreed to further extend the date to enter into the Transaction Agreement to on or before March 30, 2012.
