ESO Uranium Corp. (CVE:ESO) reports carrying out a portable rock drill sampling programme of a large area of outcrop on the Marietta property, Nevada.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The sampling will recover rock samples to depths of up to 3 meters to obtain an initial evaluation of the bulk grade potential of uranium in the intrusive rocks hosting multiple veins and veinlets, some of which carry uranium, copper, and silver mineralization. The Marietta property lies South of Hawthorne Nevada, West of the Mono Lake Crater in California, and totals approximately 2,400 acres (970 hectares) in West Central Nevada, near Mina.
