Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. reports on April 28, 2009 that it has began an action in British Columbia Supreme Court against Universal Uranium Ltd.
The action relates to certain agreements Crosshair entered into with Universal to acquire all of Universal’s interest in its project in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador and to purchase securities of Universal by way of a private placement. Universal filed a Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in the British Columbia Supreme Court on May 13, 2009. Crosshair filed a Statement of Defence to the counterclaim made by Universal on May 26, 2009.
