    Bannerman Resources Reports Uranium Project Results

    Mining Weekly reported Bannerman Resources (TSX:BAN,ASX:BMN) reported positive results from the definitive feasibility study (DFS) at its 80%-owned Etango uranium project in Namibia.

    Mining Weekly reported Bannerman Resources (TSX:BAN,ASX:BMN) reported positive results from the definitive feasibility study (DFS) at its 80%-owned Etango uranium project in Namibia.

    As quoted in the market news:

    The agreement will see Epangelo acquir-ing an initial 5% interest and, if a defin-itive mine development decision is taken, a further 5% interest in Bannerman’s Namibian subsidiary, Bannerman Mining Resources Nambia (BMRN). The post-acquisition shareholdings in BMRN will be Bannerman (76%), Epangelo (5%), and the existing private shareholder (19%). 
This agreement follows engagement between each company’s senior management over the last few months and is subject to a number of conditions.
