Bannerman Continues Hanlong Discussions

Bannerman Resources (TSE:BAN,ASX:BMN,NSX:BMN) reported an acquisition proposal received from the Sichuan Hanlong Group in July continues its discussions.

Bannerman Resources (TSX:BAN,ASX:BMN,NSX:BMN) reported an acquisition proposal received from the Sichuan Hanlong Group in July continues its discussions.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Bannerman has been advised by Hanlong that recent action by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission involving several Australian-based Hanlong employees has not diminished Hanlong’s interest in progressing its proposal to acquire Bannerman.

Bannerman also advises that Hanlong’s due diligence investigations are ongoing but well progressed.

Bannerman and Hanlong have agreed to advance their discussions in the coming weeks.

  1. yes why would anyone want to hold world money …..   redeemable for cash in most every country.   True warren may not need it as he probably has an account in every country.  But no intrinsic value is a bit much — gold over paper?     Gold is one of the most wonderous metals on earth ….  humanity hammering away for thousands of years making all sorts of artifics — many that still exist today because gold does not rust away — amazing.    Take a bet here that gold things will be around long after warren is gone and probably past Berkshire too …..   in for the long run son …..
